Generally you want to leave the sensitivity on Very High in most cases as it moves the mouse 1 delta unit for every encoder tick so its a 1:1 ratio. on High 2 ticks of encoder moves 1 mouse unit.

Setting	Encoder ticks per 1 mouse count	Mouse counts per tick
Very High	1	1
High	2	1/2
Medium	4	1/4
Low	8	1/8
Very Low	16	1/16

Table below shows how much does the mouse move per rotation assuming you have acceleration off:

Setting	Mouse counts per revolution
Very High	2400
High	1200
Medium	600
Low	300
Very Low	150

A question regarding my spinner:
I have configured my MAME setup to work with a custom-built spinner. It has a resolution of 600 PPR (2400 pulses per revolution), and the software halves this to 1200 pulses per rotation. Consequently, I have adjusted the settings for all my games in MAME accordingly (e.g., Tempest: sensitivity 6, Arkanoid: 41, etc.) and this works fine like the original cabinets. Which sensitivity setting in the HUB corresponds to these values? Is it possible to enter specific numerical values instead of selecting options like "High" or "Very High"?

Thank you! Yes, i think its a problem with my controllers. I tried to restore them myself with a kit from online, but i suspect the connections in the cords my be faulty.. or something.

One other thing you can do is wet your thumb and press it against the port pins and the unit will think there is a controller connected. if your wet thumb activates the screen like its connected, then you know you have a bad controller.

Hi. If the unit does not detect the analog stick, the display wont change. Something is wrong either with controller or the detection. Try the diagnostics in the menu and turn on analog data to on and exit the menu. if you dont see any numbers come up at the bottom of the screen, then the wires on your controller or pots are not functioning.

I just got the Icode duo 5200 Ultimate h1, and tried plugging in my 5200 controllers. The screen just says "connect controllers" as if nothing is plugged in. When i use the browser based tester, some of the keys work but the joystick controller doesn't do anything and half the numbers do nothing. So it seems as if the input is recognized but not properly.. i have two controllers and they both are recently restored and both act the same.

even though the icode says "connect controllers" it seems to be partially recognized and these are how the controls seem to be mapped on the live input visualization app:

start button: select/8

pause button: nothing

reset button: analog stick/8

1: x/0

6: left shoulder

*: 9/start

other numbers: nothing

right and left top buttons: o/1

right and left bottom buttons: x/0
