I tested the paddles turning the interface to MOUSE mode ON. And now it recognizes paddle one button as it should, but I noticed that the bar (playing Arkanoid on MAME) doesn't move smoothly, it moves but skips several frames/positions making it worse than before and, again, the paddle doesn't work, it feels descalibrated, sometimes move right doesn't move. Can you help me please configure the iCode interface so that the paddles work fine on MAME as I saw they work fine on Stella?

Hi.

I think a bug was introduced in some of the firmware versions that caused the buttons on the quad not to trigger when in mouse mode. I looked at the code and found the issue and fixed it in firmware 9.11. 9.11 is not on the download site yet but here is the link to for it for the Quad Plus. Quad Plus 9.11 H12 Firmware

You will need to follow the instructions on the download site to upload the firmware to the device. (including step 6 pin hole firmware mode step)

Let me know how it goes.

I have recently purchased the 4-port USB Adapter, but I can't make them work with MAME. On my PC (Windows 11) the adapter recognizes the 2 paddles and their buttons as X-axis and button 1 (paddle 1) and Y-axis and button 2 (second paddle). But MAME does not recognize them I turned the interface Mouse-mode ON and it recognizes just first paddle but doesn't recognizes its button and it is not usable!

Can you help me configure the interface so that MAME can recognize it? I tried with other emulators (not Stella, which I don't use) with the same results, I mean, they don't work with them either.
