I have an iCode Uno Plus adapter that works great for joysticks in the VICE C64 emulator.  Supposedly, VICE supports paddles.  However, using what I think is every combination of joystick (choose iCode adapter)/control port (choose paddles) settings, it doesn't seem to take any input from the paddle.  I can tell that the iCode adapter is seeing the paddle because the little paddle image on the display rotates left and right as I turn it.  Also, under USB game controller setup, I see the paddle functioning as the positive X-axis of an analog joystick, so the computer is seeing the paddle as well.

Has anyone been able to get Atari paddles attached to an iCode adapter to work in VICE?  I wonder if it really doesn't actually support paddles, despite the claim.

Thanks for any help!  Alternatively, if there is some other C64 emulator for Windows that does work with paddles, I'd love to hear about it.
