I wanted to install the iCode Arcade Spinner Ultimate USB Gaming Controller on my Win 11 PC by plugging in the USB connector. I can see the controller under Input devices. However when I go to set up USB game controllers and click on properties I get a message: "Game Controller Error : Your Game Controller is not connected correctly. Please verify that it is plugged into your computer" . I have verified my Windows install and have tried different USB ports. Updated the firmware to version 3.3.But always the same result. I have tried the controller on my old Win 10 PC and there it works with no issues.

Now, I did test the controller in a few games on Steam, and it seems to be working as it should. I just find it strange that I can't go to the Properties of the game controller in Win11?

Win 11 is usually automatic so some other driver must be conflicting with the spinner.  Try switching the spinner USB emulation mode to a different mode.  Usually the default is set to Standard, so try Legacy and then Classic.  Go to the menu and down to usb settings and then usb emulation and you will see it.  once you change it, it will restart and windows will see it as a completely different device so hopefully that will take care of it.
