I'm trying to use paddles with Stella on Linux, but they don't work well. Even at "Full Range" I can't move the paddle all the way to the left or right in "Breakout" (while it works with the mouse), it's jittery and imprecise. Any hints about specific settings maybe in Stella?
Also, proper Linux support would be appreciated in general - neither the online registration of the device, nor the firmware update work with Linux (at least nor for me).

Hi. Are you using using stella standalone and which version? or are you use stella or Stelal2014 core in Retroarch or another front end? let me know the details of your setup and I can try it on my end and share the steps.
if you are using ubuntu desktop, use chrome browser and it should work fine with icodehub. I can also send you manual update instructions once i know the details of your setup.
